This notice explains the basic information handling practices for www.uamkt.com. It should be read together with any consent shown on a form or service-specific page.

When you contact us, we may receive your name, organization, email address, phone number and the contents of your inquiry. Drone purchase and sale request forms may also collect a broad region, mission, budget, timing, aircraft configuration and seller-provided ownership, registration, repair and battery-status claims. The initial form does not ask for an identity document, bank account, full aircraft serial number or original registration document. Please do not submit sensitive or controlled information through a public form.
Analytics and cookies
With the consent choices presented on the site, analytics tools may process device, browser and interaction information to help us understand site performance. The current first-party banner controls analytics consent only. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied until a separate compliant advertising-consent system is implemented.
Google advertising disclosure
UAM Korea Tech does not currently activate Google AdSense advertising cookies on this site. If advertising is enabled later, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. The live consent notice and this policy will identify the enabled vendors and purposes before activation.
Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. They can also review industry opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. Availability and effect depend on the visitor's region, browser and the vendors actually enabled.
Advertising consent by region
Before personalized advertising is offered to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the site will use a Google-certified consent management platform where required. Publishing this disclosure alone does not establish consent and does not mean that AdSense is active.
Use, retention and contact
We use general inquiry information to respond, maintain records and protect the service. Drone purchase and sale intake information is used to confirm the request, conduct a human review and contact the applicant. Unless a transaction or separate legal obligation requires longer retention, that intake record is kept for up to one year from submission or until consent is withdrawn. Transaction, tax and dispute records are separated and retained under the applicable legal schedule.
Initial drone-market intake information is not provided to a seller, buyer, inspector, insurer, logistics provider or other third party without a separate notice and consent identifying the recipient and data fields. It is not used for AI model training without separate consent. Privacy questions and withdrawal requests can be sent to ceo@uamkt.com.
Email delivery processor and overseas transfer
Drone-market form submissions are transmitted through Plus Five Five, Inc. (service name: Resend) for transactional email delivery. The transferred fields can include the applicant's name, organization, email address, phone number, broad region, inquiry contents, aircraft information and a JSON attachment containing the submitted record. Transmission occurs when the applicant submits the form, through an encrypted API connection, for the purpose of delivering the request to UAM Korea Tech.
Resend states that customer data, including message content and delivery logs, is stored in the United States. Its published GDPR information states that email and log data is normally retained for 30 days on Free, Pro and Scale plans and that backups persist for 7 days; enterprise terms may differ. Applicants who do not agree to this transfer should not use the form and may instead call 02-795-2024 to ask whether another contact method is available.
