Six people, slowly nine.

UAM Korea Tech is sized for the engineering and editorial work it ships, not for headcount. Open roles are listed only when the work is real; everything else is a waitlist.

Five roles, three states.

How we hire.

  1. 01

    No recruiter pipeline

CVs route through ceo@uamkt.com directly. Founder reads every inbound; no recruitment platform sits in front.

  2. 02

    Editorial cadence ownership

Each domain hire owns an Insights track. The first 90 days produce one published article — the same audit that the doctrine paper goes through.

  3. 03

    Asynchronous-first

Work is asynchronous by default. Synchronous time is reserved for joint scenario reviews and partner walkthrough — not internal coordination.

  4. 04

    Read what we publish

The fastest fit-test is to read /insights and tell us where you would push back. We reply within one business day.
